Payment Terms – Payment should be cleared for Order Placement.
10-15% Colour Variation in the final product is possible
Care will be taken to deliver the goods on time but there can be an unavoidable delay,
We are not responsible for any order got delayed or missed for any event or any other concern related, however we will try our best to deliver on time, plan your order accordingly.
There might be reduce in print quality for urgent orders if required sufficient amount of time is not provided, for good print quality it takes proper time required.
Check your order details clearly; Goods Once Sold will not be taken back.
We aren’t usually the ones handling any lost or damaged goods in transit
Please check the design, quantity, print placement before confirming the order, once printed is not eligible for cancellation.
We will not reimburse any substrate that gets damaged while printing; however, we will try our best not to incur any damages
Can I return my order?
You can return Plain Product without any Customization But if your product is Customized then it cannot be returned.
Can I replace my order?
If there is misprint or print damage or different colour is printed apart from order design like black colour is printed instead of white then we will replace and reprint.
Can I get refund?
You can claim up to 10% print amount if there is error in printing, and keep your printed product. Or you can return your misprint product and hold your amount as a credit and use it for your next order.
Which Product can be easily return in free of cost?
Plain Product without any customization or print can be easily return, if there is no satisfaction with the product and return request should be initiated within 48 business hours of order placement.
Can I cancel my orders?
While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, if you can call within 24 hours, we can try to cancel it, only if print has not already started the production. If the cancellation request happens after 24 hours or if production has been started already or product is delivered, we cannot entertain any request.
Damage Claims or Shortages – Important Notice
Any claims for damage and/or shortages MUST be reported in 24 business hours without exception. Proper unboxing & count proof video should be sent for claiming any damaged regarding product delivered, without any video proof claimed will not be entertained.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
